TEHRAN (PEDC) - A memorandum of cooperation focusing on educational matters and applied research was signed between Pasargad Energy Development Company (PEDC) and the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology.
The memorandum was signed on Wednesday, the first day of the Tehran International Oil Exhibition, in the presence of Alireza Sadeghabadi, the CEO of PEDC, Seyyed Hadi Mirbaqeri, the Director of Human Capital and Support at PEDC, and Mohammad Sharifi, the Dean of the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology, at PEDC's booth.
Following the signing of the memorandum, Mirbaqeri stated: "Supporting our dear students as the future builders of the country is a top priority for the new management team of PEDC. In line with this, plans have been made to recruit interns from reputable universities and coordinate visits for students to the company's projects, with several interns already recruited."
Sharifi, the Dean of the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology, expressed appreciation for PEDC's support and expressed hope for effective collaboration under this memorandum.
During the ceremony, Hossein Ghavami, the Director of Communications and Branding at PEDC, expressed hope that this memorandum, like previous agreements signed with universities at past oil exhibitions, would bring blessings and prosperity to both parties.
