Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Company (PECO) has been awarded innovative knowledge-based company certification after development of PRIMA, an artificial intelligence-driven project management assistant for drilling operations, a breakthrough in advancing domestic technologies and integrating artificial intelligence into drilling project execution.

The PRIMA (Project Real-Time Intelligent Management Assistant) is an integrated and AI-driven platform that converts technical, operational, financial and infrastructure data from drilling projects into analytical insights to support engineering and managerial decision-making. It aims to cut costs and non-productive time (NPT), improve drilling performance and enhance operational sustainability.

PRIMA covers three key domains of drilling project management through specialized subsystems:

1. Cost control and contract management: supporting cost monitoring and managing drilling contracts;
2. Drilling analysis and optimization: analyzing technical and operational data to improve drilling performance;
3. Risk analysis and management: supporting risk assessment and facilitating decision-making under project uncertainties.
