Pasargad 31 drilling rig educational model donated to Sharif University of Technology

As part of its social responsibility commitments and with the aim of advancing higher education quality in Iran, Pasargad Energy Development Company (PEDC) maintains sustained collaboration with leading universities through providing educational and research infrastructure, supporting technological projects and organizing academic events and seminars.

In line with this approach and to provide students with hand-on familiarity with drilling equipment and operations, the educational scale model of the Pasargad 31 drilling rig was donated to the Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Department at Sharif University of Technology.

Designed with precise technical details, the mobile model simulates the structure and operation of a drilling rig, enabling students to study installation stages, components and operational mechanisms practically, without the need to visit the field.
