The "Supporter" Plan Launched at Energy Pasargad Group with the Slogan "Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Experts"
In line with the development of collaborations between the Energy Pasargad Group and universities, the Human Capital and Support Manager of the group announced the launch of the "Supporter" plan (supporting talented individuals eager to learn) with the slogan "Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Experts," aimed at developing human resources and bringing young people into the energy industry.
This announcement follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding to develop cooperation between the industry and universities in the fields of education, internships, and practical training between the Energy Pasargad Group and the University of Tehran during the 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemicals Exhibition in Tehran by Seyyed Hadi Mirbagheri, the Human Capital and Support Manager of the Energy Pasargad Group, and Mojtaba Shariati Niasar, the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department and the Institute of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tehran. Similar memorandums had previously been signed between the Energy Pasargad Group and Sharif University of Technology and Amir Kabir University.
At the signing ceremony of this memorandum, the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department and the Institute of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tehran evaluated the signing of this memorandum as a foundation for developing mutual activities and joint interactions between the university and the Energy Pasargad Group.
The Human Capital and Support Manager of the Energy Pasargad Group stated that there is no priority higher than creating an environment for our future builders to stay in the country instead of emigrating and to be a source of impact and blessing. What we are doing is not a show, but a belief and conviction that flows from the management of the company to all its elements and is considered an investment not only for the Energy Pasargad Group but for the future of the country.
Mirbagheri also announced the start of the "Supporter" plan aimed at developing human capital and bringing young people into the energy industry with the slogan "Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Experts." He mentioned that the "Supporter" plan is aimed at providing innovative support to emerging talents, targeting students, graduates, and young professionals in the energy sector, serving as a reliable bridge for their entry into the job market.
He continued that the Energy Pasargad Group, as one of the pioneers in the energy industry in Iran, has initiated the innovative Supporter plan (supporting talented individuals eager to learn) to identify, train, and employ talented young individuals eager to learn, and significant achievements are expected in enhancing human resources.
Mahnaz Esteiri, the Head of Human Capital Planning and Provision at the Energy Pasargad Group, stated that within the framework of the "Supporter" plan, the Energy Pasargad Group has begun accepting graduates from reputable universities in the country who lack effective work experience but have sufficient motivation and willingness to work in professional environments. This program includes graduates who submitted their applications at previous oil and gas exhibitions, and after passing through specialized and psychological assessment phases, they enter a six-month internship program in the companies of the group, after which they will seriously take on appropriate job responsibilities. This program includes general and specialized practical training that will help develop the professional skills of the interns.
She added that through the implementation of the Supporter plan, they have been able to create real opportunities for outstanding graduates to have a meaningful presence in the energy industry through the development of personal and professional skills.
