“Dialogue between officials of the two countries in different fields have always yielded positive achievements,” said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, underlining good relations between Tehran and Seoul.
The President made the remarks on Tuesday in a meeting with the new South Korean ambassador to Tehran while receiving his letter of credentials.
“Today, companies and private sectors of the two countries have good cooperation in different fields, especially energy and they trust each other.” Dr. Rouhani said.
“Iran can always be a sustainable, reliable source for supplying South Korea's energy needs,” added the president.
He asserted that the US administration's decisions were transient, certainly, but "despite this, Iran-South Korea relations are historical and deep-rooted.”
