Energy Innovation Center (ENERGIC) held the fifth event on “Energy Consumption Optimization Solutions” on March 1, 2023, with the support of Pasargad Energy Development Company.
As optimizing energy consumption in the country is concerned, the Energy Innovation Center, the first private innovation center in oil and energy area, organized an event known as “Energy Consumption Optimization Solutions”, supported by Pasargad Energy Development Company (PEDC) and Peshgaman Amin Sarmaye Pasargad (Shenasa), PEDC’s public relations reported.
The event aimed to seek investment in innovative projects in energy consumption optimization, as well as holding specialized panels for technology firms and knowledge-based companies in energy sector.
Optimizing consumption of natural gas, oil products, power and renewable energy as well as the projects based on energy and Internet of Things (IOT) were among the most important areas of the event.
The event was held with the presence of Ahmad Kafashi, Integrated Planning Manager of Pasargad Energy Development Company, Mohammad Mirzaei, Head of optimization of architecture facilities and building equipment at Iran Fuel Conservation Company, Mohammad Reza Akbari, Faculty Member of Amir Kabir University of Technology, Hossein Afshin, Faculty Member of Sharif University of Technology, Mehdi Hassanzadeh, Investment and Business Development Deputy of Iranian Oil Industry Ventures (IOIV) and Mohammad Mehdi Salari, Chief Investment Officer of Shenasa Company.
During the event, technology and knowledge-based companies in oil and energy sector, as the innovators of this industry, presented their capabilities and achievements in energy consumption optimization in the presence of managers and key figures and experts of this industry.
Moreover, the representative of Niroo and Pishranesh Research Laboratory Company held the first specialized panel dubbed as gasification of heavy oil refinery wastes (fuel oil) to convert into clean and valuable synthetic products with higher added value of Pars System Energy Company.
The representative of Pars System Energy Company made a presentation on a project dubbed as real-time monitoring and control of heating and cooling equipment and air conditioning systems.
The third panel was a presentation made by the representative of Arad Construction Management Pioneers (ACMP) who introduced the comprehensive automatic system for controlling, monitoring and optimizing energy consumption through the Digital Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Furthermore, a heating system through concentrating sunlight on the center of the solar dish was presented by the representative of the Arsham Renewable Resources Company. The last plan was also regarding the solar water desalination system.
It should be noted that managers and key activists of industrial companies (the jury) decided to hold additional private meetings with startups after the event on products selection and seeking investment.
