TEHRAN (PEDC) - Sina Chemical Industries Development Company (SCIDC) was selected as the best HSE company in Sistan and Baluchistan province and its QHSE manager Reza Radmehr was chosen as the best HSE manager of the province the last year.
According to a statement by Pasargad Energy Development Company, the parent company of Sina Chemical Industries Development Company, the appreciation ceremony for the best HSE managers of Sistan and Baluchistan province was held on the occasion of the Labor and Worker Week and the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
Hamed Aramesh, director general of the Department of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare of the province, presented a plaque of appreciation and a memorial statue to Radmehr at the ceremony.
Sina Chemical Industries Development Company is responsible for the Pasargad Polyolefin Complex project, which uses natural gas as feedstock to produce methanol. Methanol is then converted into light olefins through MTO technology. Light olefins, including ethylene and propylene, are among the most important feedstocks for plastic production units. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the major final products of this complex, which are produced in various grades using ethylene and propylene feedstocks. The project is located in Chabahar Free Zone in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
The company congratulated this achievement to all its employees and managers and appreciated the support and efforts of its CEO Morteza Ebrahimi and the endeavors of its HSE manager Radmehr.
